About the role:
We’re in search of an IT Cloud Services Administrator who can seamlessly mesh tech know-how with business acumen to help us navigate all our cloud computing needs, including infrastructure administration, maintenance, support, integrations, and everything in between.
What you can expect to do:Â
- Â Manage SaaS applications and adopt best practice in a cloud-first strategy and distributed workforce.
- Â Build and manage automation tasks (PowerShell, Azure Automation Accounts, Power Automate and other automation tools)
- Â Create, implement, and maintain various Microsoft Azure Cloud Services such as Azure AD (Users, Groups, Devices, Enterprise Applications, Conditional Access/Security), Resource Groups, Automation Accounts, Key Vault, and Intune while maintaining proper security measures
- Â Maintain the company's Windows and macOS administration and processes; providing software and hardware support to internal users
- Â Manage MDM solutions such as Intune and Jamf.
- Â Work on troubleshooting/resolution of ticket incident and fulfill service requests.
- Â Automate tasks wherever possible to improve efficiency and reduce manual work
- Â Develop, manage, and update documentation of all IT projects

What we are looking for:Â
-   At least 2 years’ experience in the field of cloud computing technologies in Microsoft Azure/Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace
- Â Working knowledge of Google Workspace collaboration tools (Gmail, Calendar, Drive, Docs, etc) with at least 1 year of experience managing, administrating, and supporting them
- Â Provide technical support with Google technology stack
- Â Proficient in Microsoft Windows and Apple macOS
- Â Strong problem-solving skills and understanding of networking concepts and protocols
- Â Knowledge of Mobile Device Management (MDM) solutions such as Microsoft Intune/JAMF and collaboration platforms; Slack, Microsoft Teams, Google Meet, and Zoom
- Â Strong communication skills, with experience in both leading technical teams as well as working with key internal stakeholders.
- Â Ability to think creatively and come up with proactive ideas
- Â PowerShell and other scripting tools
- Â Ability to collaborate with project managers & the department heads of the various business units to identify project milestones, tasks, and required resources to develop a detailed project plan.
- Â Ability to interpret business requirements and deliver value-added solutions in an agile manner
- Â Implement best-in-class remote working technology

Preferred skills and qualifications:Â
- Â Experience deploying solutions and security policies with Microsoft Intune and/or Jamf.
- Â Implement and administer Azure services, including Resource Groups, Automation Accounts, Key Vault, Network Security Groups, and Azure Virtual Desktops.
- Â Experience managing endpoint protection platforms and Microsoft security offerings.
- Â Hands-on experience with Google Workspace
- Â Experience with automation solutions and/or Google App Script would be a plus!

The annual gross base salary range for this position is $68,000 to $85,000. Actual compensation for this position may vary and will depend on multiple factors including relevant qualifications, experience, education and geographic location. This position is also eligible for an annual bonus dependent on various factors, including and without limitation, individual and company performance in addition to base salary.
