The IT Manager will be a central part of the engineering team. You'll help with maintenance and support of Healthie users and their software. You'll have a substantial impact on the company and our mission by enabling our team to make the best use of our tools and systems. Our ideal candidate believes in the value of delivering an exceptional team experience and is eager to contribute to improving our processes and documentation.
This is a full-time position with an occasional need to be available outside of usual working hours
Location: Remote
Must reside in the U.S.
- Provide day-to-day IT support for our employees for their laptops as well as the tools they use
- Lead IT projects, including the design and deployment of new IT applications and integrations
- Monitor performance of information technology systems to determine cost and productivity levels, and to make recommendations for improving the IT infrastructure
- Analyze business requirements by partnering with key stakeholders across the organization to develop solutions for IT needs
- Assess vendors and develop test strategies for new hardware and software
- Assist with employee onboarding and offboarding tasks
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues for Healthie's users
- Manage the queue of incoming work to keep the lead time down and work in progress low
- 2-3 years of experience working in IT operations/helpdesk
- CompTiA certifications such as A+, Network+, Security + preferred
- Prior experience with SaaS tools and MacOS preferred
- Excellent working knowledge of computer systems, cloud computing, Saas solution integration and troubleshooting
- Strong critical thinking and decision-making skills
- Excellent project management skills and strong ability to prioritize
- Customer service background
