Join us as an IT Systems Administrator Sr. Analyst on our Compute and Connectivity team in Chesterbrook, PA.
What you will do
In this role, you will be responsible for the productivity suite, video conferencing, identity management, system documentation, and client device systems. You will evaluate, integrate and test new tools and technologies, work with Project Management Liaisons to establish project delivery, and provide support for cyber threat detection and response applications. You will also monitor the environments, respond to health alerts, and be an escalation point for the service desk or take a lead support role when needed at any level.

• Evaluate, integrate, and test new tools and technologies
• Work with Project Management Liaisons to establish tasks and level of effort for project delivery
• Install applications, develop scripts, and perform upgrades
• Provide support for various cyber threat detection and response applications
• Monitor the environment and respond to health alerts
• Mentor and train the service desk on new technologies
• Mobile and Laptop Device Management, Configuration, Imaging, and Patching

What you'll need to succeed in this role

• 5+ years of experience in the IT industry
• 3+ years of System Administration experience
• Understanding of load balancing, TCP/IP, and basic networking skills (IP, DNS, HTTP)
• 3+ years of experience managing enterprise productivity and collaboration systems such as Microsoft O365, Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, and Enterprise Device Management Platforms.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, information security, or equivalent work experience

Additional experience desired

• Experience with parsing and scripting languages such as Powershell, VBScript, SQL Scripting, and Python
• 1+ years of hands-on cloud experience (AWS or Azure preferred), including cross-region deployment
