Position Overview: Atimi is seeking an experienced Java Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Java development with a minimum of 6 years of hands-on experience. As a Java Developer at Atimi you will work on exciting projects leveraging your expertise in Java programming AWS services and potentially other technologies such as Python and Typescript.

Responsibilities:

• Develop robust and scalable Java-based applications ensuring high performance and reliability.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design develop and deploy software solutions.

• Utilize AWS services to architect build and maintain cloud-based applications.

• Write clean maintainable code following best practices and industry standards.

• Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.

• Troubleshoot and debug issues ensuring timely resolution of technical challenges.

• Stay updated on emerging technologies and trends in Java development and cloud computing.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science Engineering or related field.

• Minimum of 6 years of experience as a Java Developer with a strong understanding of core Java concepts and frameworks.

• Proficiency in AWS cloud services with hands-on experience deploying and managing applications on AWS.

• Experience with Python is a significant plus demonstrating versatility in programming languages.

• Familiarity with Typescript is desirable but not required.

• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

• Strong communication and collaboration abilities with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
