Job Description
- Responsible for developing and/or engineering the end-to-end features of a system, from user experience to backend code.
- Utilize development skills to deliver innovative solutions that help our clients improve the services they provide.
- Leverage new technologies that can be applied to solve challenging business problems with a cloud first and agile mindset.
- Pickup and kick-off cards with leads to understand the task, get all the required clarification done and propose alternative solutions.
- Assess and implement new changes in good quality and with test covered.
- Showcase and review the new changes together with team members.
- Actively work with other development and QA members to solve challenges.
- Able to provide leadership, guidance, training and mentoring to other team members.
- Carry out feasibility studies and impact analysis for new feature.
- Pro-actively contribute innovative ideas for improvements.
- Evaluate, select and formulate best solution for technical spike cards.
- Support production environment and attend the escalated issues if required.
- Frontend/ Full-stack Developer Core Technical Skillset: React for frontend, Java/ Java Spring Boot full-stack developer. The developer will be part of an agile development team that is responsible for taking functional/ technical design and perform build and testing of the software by utilizing his/ her core technical skillset.
- What to Expect: Work in an agile development team to deliver high quality software applications Adopt proven software engineering practices like pair programming, code reviews, test-driven development. As a more experienced engineer, you will additionally be expected to lead conversations on solutioning and systems design, establish best practices and mentor other engineers in the team.
