THE OPPORTUNITY
This role is to join the B&C team. Our team is responsible for leading the brand's strategic and creative work from concept to delivery - this includes overseeing and contributing to campaign development, design and implementation of integrated marketing communications that both support and amplify the brand and business strategies.
YOUR IMPACT

• Generate attention-grabbing ideas that will entice the consumer or target audience
• Creating ideas that can be used across various platforms to support campaigns (B2B and B2C audiences)
• Deliver creative that is on-brief, on-time, on-brand, and effectively communicates the messages as outlined by marketing, internal stakeholders, and business objectives.
• The ability to express ideas in a compelling visual and tangible way, and to understand how to brief and direct relevant creative or external creative partners.
• Strong copy skills based on a degree, equivalent qualification, or industry experience.
• Confidence in client-facing situations, need to be confident enough to share and sell their ideas in a compelling and clear way.

WHO YOU ARE

• 2+ years working as a copywriter, or equivalent experience in copywriting across both digital, social, and experiential. Work experience as a Copywriter in Wellness, Health, or Healthcare is a plus
• Understanding of how to optimize content across digital platforms (social, video, web)
• Excellent writing and language skills in English.
• Deep understanding of written storytelling strategy
• Love of writing in all forms and across channels/formats, and can adapt tone and style while still ensuring a cohesive brand voice. With a knack for simplification and short powerful copy.
• Ability to work cross-functionally, take direction well and collaborate with teams to integrate input from multiple stakeholders - flexible, friendly, empathetic, and open-minded

The annual base salary range for this role is USD $56,000 - $70,560 The base salary range for other locations may vary. Actual base salary will be dependent on geographic location, relevant experience, skills, qualifications and/or other job-related factors. In addition to base salary, this role may also be eligible to participate our annual bonus plan.
