Job Summary:

We are looking for an agile managers who understand how to manage non-waterfall projects. Experience in Technical Customer Service, Customer Management, and experience in
escalations may be required. The manager will oversee the operations of individual projects within programs. They coordinate time, budget, and resources to complete work within program guidelines, and report to the program manager on progress and any changes made to the initial project plan. Will also focus on execution and managing functional elements of the projects to include meeting deadlines, delegating tasks, and completing deliverables.


Responsibilities 

  • Applies fundamental concepts, processes, practices, and procedures on technical tasks
  • Performs work that requires practical experience and training
  • Work is performed under supervision
  • Ability to obtain a Secret clearance
  • Creating and maintaining documentation for implementations
  • Demonstrated knowledge in the following:
    • Agile
    • Scrum

    • DevSecOps tools

    • DoD Cyber Security

    • Cloud

Requisite Skills/Abilities:

  • Responsible for planning, prioritizing, executing, and
    maintaining programs and projects per customer
    requirements
  • Accountable for a projects schedules, milestones,
    deliverables and budget
  • Ability to interact and brief customers on a technical and
    non-technical level
  • Experience with Cloud provisioning, DevSecOps,
    management, and agile development methodology
  •  Predict resources needed to reach objectives and manage
    resources in an effective and efficient manner
  •  Provide project updates on a consistent basis to various
    stakeholders about strategy, adjustments, and progress
  •  Utilize industry best practices, techniques, and standards
    throughout entire project execution
  • Monitor progress and make adjustments as needed
