Seamless.AI is looking for a Junior Salesforce Administrator to play a role in managing Seamless.AI's Salesforce system configurations, integrations, automations, data integrity and day to day end user support and reporting for multiple business functions including Sales, Operations, Marketing, Finance, and Senior Leadership. This support includes intake of requirements through development and delivery of requests. The Salesforce Admin will maintain user roles and profiles, security settings, and access settings all while assisting users with best practices and maintaining the overall strategy of Salesforce within our organization. Responsibilities:
- Support all aspects of user and license management including new user setup/deactivation, roles, profiles, permissions, public groups, OWD, sharing rules
- Support Salesforce configuration changes, including (but not limited to): Workflow, Process Builder, Flow, assignment rules, approval processes, fields, page layouts, record types, dynamic layouts, apps, actions, custom settings, mobile administration
- Build, run, distribute, and support in-depth dashboards, searches, and operational reports to provide insight into data needs for all team functions.
- Oversee data management to improve Salesforce data quality, implementing deduping rules and automation as neededÂ
- Resolve user support tickets, monitoring and improving user adoption
- Create and maintain technical documentation for Salesforce releases
- Review upgrades to evaluate the impact on processes, configurations, and customizations.Â
- Work with integrated applications (sales enablement, marketing, lead forms, etc.)
- Execute data imports and data migrations, including mapping configurations and writing SOQL queries using Data Loader
- Perform testing in sandbox environments
- Embraces change, flexible, and can easily adapt to new requests or business use case challenges
- Ability to analyze complex problems and assess how Salesforce can be utilized to solve them.

- Strong Salesforce product knowledge and at least 1 year of Salesforce Administration with hands-on experience with Sales Cloud and Service Clouds
- Certified Salesforce Administrator
- Experience with Salesforce CPQ preferred
- Lightning Experience Reports & Dashboards Specialist and Process Automation Specialist superbadges is a plus
