Junior Account Manager Intern

The Talkspace enterprise business is a fast-growing area of the company tasked with expanding access to care through institutional buyers who can provide Talkspace as a no/low-cost benefit to employees, health plan members and students. We have an immediate need for an intern looking to create the foundation for their professional future!

*This is a remote position*

What You'll Do

• Own the custom email box
• Push communications via MixMax
• Review contracts to determine accounts coming up for renewal
• Renew accounts for 1-3 terms
• Determine accounts that can be used for reference with prospects
• Send monthly NRU (new registered users) report
• Additional projects based on availability
  

About You:

• Soft Project Management Skills
• College Degree or equivalent experience preferred
• Proven organizational and prioritization skills - ability to manage multiple priorities/deadlines and thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative, and cross-functional environment
• Very strong interpersonal, relationship-building, writing, and collaboration skills
• Self-motivated, comfortable working on tight deadlines and able to respond well to changing priorities
