Job Description

Responsibilities
  • Meets billing operational standards by applying billing information to customer-service standards, problem solving, and identifying billing system improvements
  • Guides employee actions by researching, developing, writing, and updating billing policies, procedures, methods, and guidelines - including responsibility for all departmental Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
  • Develop reporting to streamline and improve overall billing process and operations.
  • Monitors operational performance and recommend adjustments to existing processes, in order to streamline operations.
  • Manages all client information relating to current billing processes, including the maintenance of all billing documentation and applicable billing matrices for clients
  • Provides support to the RPA process with testing, documentation, and report generation
  • Fosters a positive team environment
  • Assists in the coaching, mentoring, and training of new hires and department staff
  • Ensures confidentiality of internal and external data
  • Performs ad-hoc projects and other duties as assigned

Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 3 years of related experience

Other Relevant Qualifications
  • Previous billing experience or supervisory experience is preferred
  • Operational and Financial analytics experience is preferred
  • Knowledge of SMS Assist client billing guidelines is preferred
