What We'll Bring:
Neustar, a TransUnion company, was recently acquired and all recruiting is taking place in coordination with TransUnion's systems and processes.
What You'll Bring:

• Strong knowledge of Python programming plus excellent SQL skills and in-depth understanding of relational databases
• Adept at working on LINUX/UNIX environments and exposure to shell scripting
• Experience in working with cloud-based platforms like GCP/AWS
• Experience in working with HiveQL or SparkQL/PySpark and performance tuning of HiveQL/SparkQL queries
• Build various data visualizations to tell the story of trends, patterns, and outliers

We'd Love to See:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, with 2 - 5 years related IT experience
• Excellent understanding of Oracle and MySql relation databases
• Experience using schedulers like Apache Airflow
• Develop, code, implement & support the data pipeline

Impact You'll Make:

• The BI Data Engineer will work closely with fellow Developers and Managers to understand requirements
• Knowledge of database design principles like OLAP, OLTP and ETL
• Specify, design, build, and support data warehousing and BI solutions
• Own the design and development of automated solutions for recurring reporting and in-depth analysis
