Junior Operations Specialist

We are actively seeking a Junior Recruiting Operations Specialist to join our team remotely.
This position is ideal for someone with good knowledge of English, no prior experience in IT, but is eager to undergo training in IT recruiting and become a valuable member of our team.

Responsibilities

• Contributing to the development of the EPAM brand and attracting top talent to the organization
• Managing operational tasks related to internal company tools, systems, and documentation
• Collaborating with various stakeholders through effective teamwork

Requirements

• Proficiency in English (B2+)
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in any field (administrative work, sales, IT research, etc.)
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Analytical mindset with an ability to make decisions based on past cases
• Open-minded and proactive with an ability to adapt to business changes
• Effective prioritization skills to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• Capability to learn quickly
