Senior Business Operations Specialist

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Business Operations Specialist to lead our efforts in contract management, process optimization, and operational efficiency enhancement. This pivotal role involves rigorous data analysis, collaboration across departments, and implementing automated solutions to align with the company's strategic goals.

Responsibilities

• Oversee development, review, and negotiation of complex contracts and agreements
• Establish and maintain processes and systems for contract management
• Monitor contract performance, compliance, and milestone achievements
• Identify and mitigate risks associated with contracts
• Ensure timely renewals and maintain contract database
• Develop KPIs for contract management and overall business operations
• Use data analytics to identify trends, bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities
• Prepare detailed reports on team performance and process efficiency to inform strategic decisions
• Manage budgets related to contracts and business operations, identifying cost-saving opportunities
• Develop, maintain, and optimize scalable onboarding processes
• Collaborate on designing automated contract management and onboarding solutions
• Lead initiatives to streamline and improve business processes
• Ensure compliance with laws and regulations, and assist in audits
• Facilitate cross-departmental collaboration and communication to ensure alignment with business objectives

Requirements

• Upper Intermediate+ English
• Proficiency in Excel including formulas, macros, Power Query
• Solid understanding of corporate financials with experience in P&L analysis
• Expertise in contract management and a robust understanding of compliance concepts
• Project management skills with competence in identifying process key points
• Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with top management
• Commitment to continuous self-development aligned with economic and technical trends
