Position: Junior Product Owner
We are looking for a Junior Product Owner who will play a crucial part in bridging the gap between business objectives and technical solutions,contributing to the succesful delivery of innovative products and services. As a key liaison between stakeholders and development teams, you will be responsible for understanding business requiremenets, defining product features, and ensuring the timely deliery of high-quality solutions
What You'll Do 

• Closely cooperate with the scrum development team and producg team (including product owner, product manager, UI/UX designers)
• Gather and analyse requirements
• Define product
• Create, refine and plan the user stories
• Perform tests
• Monitor usage & adoption

What You need to be successfull

• Previous experience working as Business Analyst/Product Analyst/ Junior Product Owner
• Technical support experience is also an asset.
• Technical skills - ability to speak with and motivate development team with ideas and thoughts
• Tools you are familiar with : PPT and road mapping tols - Azure Dev Ops, Figma, Miro and others
• Working knowledge or understanding of APIs and integration is required
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in Exce/Power BI is an additional plus
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Cross-functional teamwork, time management, and stakeholdger management are essential
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies
• Basic understanding of software development process
• Eagerness to learn and grow within the role
• Previous experience within HR/TA domain is welcomed
• Product Management, UX, or Scrum/Agile certification advantageous but not required

This role is based in Nottingham, UK, and will offer hybrid flexibility
