Job Description

The Junior RPA Developer supports Cielo’s automation initiatives. You will assist in designing, developing, and maintaining RPA solutions to improve business processes and enhance operational efficiency. You will work closely with senior developers and business analysts to understand requirements and deliver effective automation solutions.

• Location Specifics: Candidates should be based in India
• Specific Needs: At least 1 year of experience in RPA/ Automation; experience in Automation Anywhere is preferred; experience in Python or JavaScript are a plus
• Language Requirement: Native Language; English
• Position Setup: Remote
• Shift Schedule: Night shift (will follow US Central time)
  

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assist in developing and configuring RPA solutions using tools such as Automation Anywhere.
• Work with business analysts to understand process requirements and translate them into RPA workflows.
• Conduct thorough testing of RPA solutions to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and reliability.
• Create and maintain documentation for RPA processes, including design documents, process maps, and user guides.
• Provide support for existing RPA solutions, troubleshoot issues, and perform regular maintenance and updates.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify automation opportunities and ensure successful implementation of RPA solutions.
• Continuously improve your skills and knowledge of RPA tools and technologies.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Position Requirements

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field required.

Experience:

• One to three years of experience in the following areas: RPA development, integrations, artificial intelligence, machine learning, or business process management required.

Exposure:

• Basic understanding of RPA tools and technologies such as Automation Anywhere, UI Path or Blue Prism.
• Familiarity with programming languages such as Python or JavaScript.
• Certification in RPA tools (e.g., UiPath, Automation Anywhere) or relevant coursework/training in RPA.
• Knowledge of business process mapping and process improvement methodologies.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
