Land Acquisition Manager- Build to Rent

Job Description Summary

As a Land Acquisition and Entitlements Manager- Build to Rent (“BTR”) working for Taylor Morrison you will be responsible for understanding and executing all components of the land acquisition and entitlement planning processes applicable to higher-density build to rent developments ensuring a smooth handoff of projects to the land development and vertical construction team. The “hybrid” developments include single family rental units built in a multi-family apartment-style setting. The individual will directly source and entitle land that is suitable for Taylor Morrison’s defined build to rent strategy.
