The Role
As a Last Mile Operations Associate, your role is pivotal in managing the smooth flow of product transfers and orders between Nabis’ last mile hubs and Nabis’ pick and pack facility. 
Responsibilities:

  • Receiving, tracking and staging cross-hub orders originating from Nabis’ pick and pack facility
  • Assisting with tracking and preparation of product transfers to Nabis’ pick and pack facility
  • Coordinating product pickups within your designated territory utilizing Nabis’ fleet vehicles
  • Unloading and staging product, as well as preparing Metrc paperwork
  • Employing vehicle lift gates, forklifts, and both manual and electric pallet jacks for the secure movement and transport of products
  • Skillfully constructing and wrapping pallets for secure transfer
  • Documenting pallet weights and logging in appropriate channels
  • Ensuring proper pre-loading of vehicles for the next day's deliveries
  • Monitor rescheduled orders for re-staging and loading 
  • Monitor product rejections to maintain efficient operations and ensure timely processing of reverse fulfillment
  • Providing support to our OTR (On the Road) team of Delivery Specialists, addressing driver-related questions and concerns, and escalating when necessary
  • Generation and preparation of required paperwork for routes
  • Conducting sweeps for canceled, rushed, and rescheduled orders


Educational and Skill Requirements:

  • Must be at least 21 years of age
  • Associates degree OR 2 years relevant work experience
  • Cannabis experience is a plus
  • Ability to lift 50 lbs., bend, stretch, and twist
  • Must be comfortable using ladders and loading/unloading from top shelves
  • Ability to work occasional evening/weekend shifts
  • Ability to pass pre-employment background check
  • Clean driving record
