Lead .NET Engineer - Remote

Position Purpose: Designs, develops, and implements complex enterprise software solutions for claims payment data. Collaborates closely with technical and non-technical roles such as data modelers, architects, business analysts, to provide design, development/configuration, implementation, and support expertise for .NET development while also representing the interest of the business across the enterprise.

• Responsible for the entire implementation process and drive definition of business needs• Lead cross functional teams through the entire implementation process• Responsible for overall solution design including building and testing• Conduct root cause analysis and advanced performance tuning for complex business processes and functionality• Identify, define and implement needed enhancements in the methods, standards and processes to better enable teams and constructive enterprise applications

Education/Experience:

A Bachelor's degree in a quantitative or business field (e.g., statistics, mathematics, engineering, computer science).

Requires 5 - 7 years of related experience.

Or equivalent experience acquired through accomplishments of applicable knowledge, duties, scope and skill reflective of the level of this position.

Technical Skills:

Experience with Change Management required

Experience with Enterprise Architecture required

.NET/C# development experience required

Oracle experience preferred

Healthcare, claims or insurance experience preferred
