The Impact U will make:

• Report to our Agile Management Office
• Commit to your team’s Diversity, Equity and Inclusion goals created in our DEI Unqork Application 
• Provide servant leadership, remove impediments, optimize ways of working and reduce toil.
• Drive day-to-day activities of the development team, including scrum ceremonies and product backlog prioritization
• Ensure process elements are being followed and impediments are removed
• Identify and collect relevant metrics and action against the lessons learnt
• Drive change by identifying SDLC process improvements and implementing it within teams
• Collaborate with the rest of the Agile Management Office to grow the process framework
• Coach Product Managers, Engineers and other team members in the Agile-scrum development process.
• Foster inter-team collaboration and the culture of continuous learning and continuous improvement.
• Help manage cross team dependencies
  

What U bring:

• Thorough understanding of the Agile mindset and values
• Hands-on experience with enterprise-wide Agile transformation, implementation and optimization
• Must be a Scrum Master for 2 or more teams simultaneously
• 7+ years of experience with one or more Agile development methodologies
• Excellent written and oral communication skills; experience working with upper-level management
• 5+ years of driving continuous improvement of software development through servant leadership

The US base salary range, across all Unqork US locations, for this full-time position is $107,600 - $169,100 + bonus + equity + perks/benefits. An individual employee’s salary within the range provided above depends on a wide array of factors including, but not limited to, the working location, role, skillset and level of experience of such employee. Please note that the salary range reflects the base salary only, and does not include bonus, equity or perks/benefits.
