The Advisory Analyst is an expert / lead role in the department, which works under the general direction of the Director/Sr Manager/Sr Technology Manager, Functional /Technical Area and has responsibility over sub area defined in the organization. This is an expert/Lead technical role with in depth cross functional understanding of applications in Sales and Marketing domain.

  • Leads business and project teams through discovery to explore problem definition, build strategies and plan for comprehensive, user-centered solutions.
  • Work with UX team to develop wireframes and prototypes to drive exploration and create a shared understanding around requirements.
  • Leads the high-level design, and aid in the development of an application architecture in the relevant domain.
  • Provides in-depth application and technical expertise for the assigned business/technology function.
  • Coordinates cross functionally within IT and/or business functions to deliver projects.
  • Assists a team of resources that delivers best in class solutions to business problems through the use of information technology
  • Executes projects and initiatives in full compliance with defined processes and controls.
  • Assists with the delivery of projects - on schedule, budget, quality and scope following defined processes/controls.
  • Coordinates cross functionally on complex projects.
  • Proactively recommends alternatives, approaches to business problems in the assigned area, consults on technology challenges, system issues and implementing cross functional solutions.
  • Participates in decision making process around technology strategy, conduct analysis on technical viability of solutions and provide guidance on delivery of complex projects.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
• Bachelor's or Masters Degree in Information technology or related field
• 7-10 years of experience in Information Technology
• 5 years of experience with significant depth of knowledge in the specific domain (CRM /CPQ /Marketing technologies including B2B eCommerce) and development methodologies
• Requires deep understanding of Oracle applications.
• Required deep knowledge and experience with customer facing technical solutions within an Ecommerce, Marketing automation technologies (applicable for Marketing FIT only)
• Have familiarity with data visualization/BI tools like Google Data Studio, Power BI, etc.
• Experience in leading evaluations and vendor selection, including writing business requirements
• Experience that includes managing 1st and 3rd party data and use of customer data platforms, DMP's, A/B testing, cross channel campaign management, and decision-ing engines is a plus
• Experience with marketing measurement tools focused on attribution and performance management is a plus

  • Experience in UX that spans multiple disciplines, such as User Research, Information Architecture, Content Strategy, Interaction Design, and or UI Development is a plus.

Additional Pay Details:

CompensationRange is: $87,300-$120,200

Position is eligible up to 20% STI
