About the Team:

UKG is looking to hire a Technical Data Program Manager to join our EPIC (Engineering, Product, Innovation, Cloud) on our Data Organization. Our team develops modern cloud native solutions to source, extract, load, transform, analyze, dashboard, and deliver data out to our 6,500 person organization.

We are looking for an enthusiastic, creative and inspired Technical Data Program Manager help define and design our data products for our internal customers. You will be a key member of our Data team, responsible for driving growth and success of our Data Apps and Dashboards through the end-to-end product lifecycle. Today, we have four main product lines: dashboards, internal website, our bespoke organization management tool, and our APIs to deliver data. We are soon going to roll out ChatGPT based Natural Language Query tool to help serve the business with faster analytics. You will be working collaboratively with our Data Analysts, Visualization Engineers, Software Engineers, Data Governance Managers, and Data Engineers to identify customer needs and product opportunities, define value-driven product solutions.

About the Role:• Collaborate with our stakeholders and Data Engineering, Analytics and Visualization, and Governance teams to bring product solutions to life• Work with the Data Leadership Team to define features that will help us deliver on our commitments, product vision, roadmap, and growth opportunities• Assess value, develop cases, and prioritize epics, and themes to ensure work focuses on those with maximum value that are aligned with product strategyPlay an active role in mitigating impediments impacting successful team completion of Release/Sprint Goals• Provide functional demonstrations of products to various audiences and levels, including Directors and Vice Presidents• Assist in drafting and editing product-related documentation• Collect customer feedback, analyze usage data, and develop insights to inform product decisions

Qualifications

About You:

Basic Qualifications• 5+ years' experience interpreting, formalizing, and communicating business and/or product requirements in a business analyst or product manager type role• Possess strong stakeholder management skills with the capacity to successfully negotiate with Managers• Knowledgeable in product life cycle, software development processes, and user interface design• Ability to evaluate user feedback to inform product decisions• Superior written and oral communication skills with the ability to collaborate with multiple teams/stakeholders with strong organizational and analytical skills• A passion for data

Preferred Qualifications• Experience working with Global teams across multiple time zones, with a strong preference for those who have experience working with teams in India• Experience in Data or Business Intelligence systems is a plus• Experience working with, creating or managing data models• Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills
