Lead Carpenter / Installer – Window Treatments & Millwork Location:Warminster, PA (servicing Bucks & Montgomery Counties) Schedule:Full-time, 9 AM–5 PM | Mon–FriorTues–Sat We’re looking for acabinetry/millwork/precision proto join our team as aLead Carpenter/Installer. You’ll bring craftsmanship, accuracy, and customer service to every project, installing premium window treatments—blinds, shades, shutters—with the precision of fine cabinetry. What We Offer • $58K–$85Ksalary (based on experience & pace) • 10 PTO days, 7 sick days, 6 holidays • Company van + gas/mileage card • Paid training & ongoing development • Career growth in a rapidly expanding franchise What You’ll Do • Lead precision installations, consultations, and repairs within 45 miles • Guide clients on product choices and manage projects end-to-end • Use precision tools & tech for measuring and installing • Manage orders, schedules, and communication in CRM Who You Are • Skilled in cabinetry, millwork, closets, flooring, or window treatments • Detail-oriented, dependable, and client-focused • Comfortable working independently and with a team • Valid PA driver’s license, clean record, within 1-hour commute to Warminster Bonus Points For:Proven time management and installation efficiency.
