Lead Carpenters & Painters

We are currently hiring for the following: LEAD CARPENTERS *Siding and trim replacement *Balcony and deck reconstruction *At least 2 years experience LEAD PAINTERS *Pressure washing, preparation and masking *Use ladders and equipment *Apply paint via brush, roller and/or sprayer *Clean-up and maintain equipment *At least 2 years painting experience ALL APPLICANTS MUST DEMONSTRATE THE FOLLOWING QUALITIES *Craftmanship - Well crafted work is done with care and precision *Producer - Increase speed without sacrificing quality *Reliable - Being trustworthy and performing consistently well *Have reliable transportation Entry level & journeyman carpenters & painters are also encouraged to apply. Job Type: Full-time Pay: From $30.00 per hour Benefits: • Referral program Schedule: • 8 hour shift • Day shift • Overtime • Weekends as needed Experience: • Carpentry or painting: 2 years (Preferred) License/Certification: • Drivers License (Preferred) Work Location: In person
