Job Overview We’re seeking an experienced Lead Commercial HVAC Technician to support a diverse customer base across commercial and industrial markets. This role involves commissioning, troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining advanced HVAC systems across large-scale facilities. Responsibilities • Perform startup, commissioning, service, and preventative maintenance on HVAC systems in industrial and commercial settings. • Diagnose, repair, and maintain complex mechanical and control systems to ensure peak performance and reliability. • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring clear communication, technical excellence, and high satisfaction. • Conduct site inspections, system upgrades, and equipment replacements as required. • Review plans, specifications, and layouts to identify potential issues and coordinate onsite work effectively. • Provide leadership in the field, ensuring quality workmanship and professional representation of the company.. Requirements • 5+ years of commercial or industrial HVAC service experience. • EPA Certification required. • Chiller (water-cooled) experience • Proven ability to troubleshoot, commission, and service HVAC/R systems.
