Luxury Retail Sales Associate

Overview We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Retail Sales Associate to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the face of our store, providing exceptional service to our customers while promoting our products and ensuring a pleasant and luxury shopping experience. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a passion for retail sales, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities • Provide outstanding customer service by greeting and assisting customers in a friendly manner. • Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system efficiently for transactions, including cashiering and cash handling. • Conduct product demonstrations to educate customers about features and benefits. • Engage in upselling techniques to enhance customer purchases and maximize sales. • Maintain merchandising standards by organizing displays and ensuring products are stocked and accessible. • Assist with stocking shelves and managing inventory levels to ensure product availability. • Supervise junior staff members when necessary, providing guidance and support in daily operations. • Utilize basic math skills for accurate cash handling and retail math calculations. • Exhibit strong phone etiquette when addressing customer inquiries or concerns.
