Lead Digital Project Manager - EHS Systems & Data
Role Summary:
Oversee the planning organization and implementation of multiple and complex digital projects supporting Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) systems enterprise data and reporting. Enables delivery of the EHS strategy through technology analytics and integrated digital platforms.
What You Will Do:
  • Manages day-to-day digital and IT projects supporting EHS systems.
  • Develop contingency plans for system integration data integrity and adoption risks.
  • Directs cross-functional teams across IT data and business stakeholders.
  • Ensure deliverables meet EHS and business reporting objectives.
  • Ensures adherence to quality governance and IT processes.
  • Owns architecture and lifecycle of enterprise EHS systems and datasets.
  • Leads dashboards and analytics using tools like Power BI and SharePoint.
  • Delivers full lifecycle projects including UAT rollout and training.
  • Collaborates across IT and EHS to build scalable solutions.
  • Leads data governance and validation activities.
  • Supports EHS compliance through systems and reporting.

What You Have:
  • Experience with Power BI SharePoint Power Apps and .NET.
  • Strong data architecture and analytics skills.
  • Experience delivering enterprise digital initiatives.
  • Working knowledge of EHS regulations.
  • Ability to lead cross-functional teams.

  • IT Project Control and Reporting: Knowledge of project control and reporting; ability to monitor the vital signs of an IT project while managing its progress and delivery schedule.
  • IT Project Management: Knowledge of project management; ability to plan organize monitor and control IT projects using appropriate technical resources.
  • IT Standards Procedures & Policies: Knowledge of Information Technology (IT) standards and policies; ability to utilize a variety of administrative skill sets and technical knowledge to manage organizational IT policies standards and procedures.

  • Domestic relocation is available for qualified candidates.
  • This role requires 5 days onsite.

Summary Pay Range:
$128470.00 - $192710.00
