  • Personally edit high-priority campaigns to establish benchmarks and demonstrate best practices for the team.
  • Evaluate editor performance using productivity metrics, ROI insights, and quality assessments.
  • Oversee asset management, including reviewing footage, curating selects, and ensuring brand and compliance alignment.
  • Collaborate with production and strategy teams to align creative execution with campaign goals and client requirements.
  • Drive process improvements, including workflow optimization, tool adoption, and integration of emerging technologies.
  • Identify and implement data-informed creative techniques to enhance engagement and campaign performance.
  • Requirements:

    • 3+ years of professional video editing experience, including at least 1 year in a senior or leadership capacity.
    • Experience in a performance marketing agency, creative agency, or fast-paced in-house creative environment.
    • Expert proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and Adobe Creative Suite.
    • Strong knowledge of motion graphics and Adobe After Effects.
    • Proven ability to provide clear, actionable creative direction and feedback.
    • Deep understanding of performance marketing principles and social media advertising formats.
    • Strong portfolio demonstrating versatility in storytelling, pacing, and visual execution.
    • Excellent communication and organizational skills in fast-paced environments.
    • Experience with AI tools, asset management systems, and workflow optimization is a plus.
    • Bachelor’s degree in Film, Video Production, Digital Media, or related field preferred.
    • Benefits:

      • Competitive salary ranging from $85,000 to $105,000 annually
      • Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance (100% employee-covered medical/dental options)
      • Unlimited PTO, paid sick leave, and company holidays
