In this pivotal role, you will have the opportunity to steer the financial health of our organization. Accountabilities

Lead long-term financial strategy and planning

Own multi-year financial models and capital allocation strategy

Translate organizational vision into actionable financial targets

Partner with executive team on strategic decisions

Provide data-driven insights to guide resource allocation

Oversee budgeting and forecasting with focus on business drivers

Manage accounting operations and compliance

Steward the organization's cash management and investment strategy

Present financial reports to leadership and stakeholders

Mentor and develop a high-performing finance team

Requirements

Master’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field; CPA preferred

Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience, with at least 5 years in a supervisory role

Experience in managing finance for growth-stage organizations preferred

Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations (GAAP)

Mastery of financial and accounting software, especially Microsoft Excel

Proven leadership abilities and excellent organizational skills

Strong analytical skills and ability to manage large data sets

Exceptional communication skills and professionalism

Ability to maintain discretion with confidential information

Proficiency in team building and mentoring
