Lead Generation Specialist
Job Description
Mission:
At Third Wave Business Solutions, we're on a mission to streamline and optimize our lead pre-qualification, distribution, and reporting cycle to capitalize on all inbound business opportunities. We're seeking a dynamic Lead Generation Specialist to spearhead these efforts efficiently. This role will involve conducting targeted outbound calling campaigns, managing our CRM database, providing sales training, and offering support for marketing campaigns. Responsibilities:
- Conduct phone interviews with lead suspects/prospects.
- Manage a large portfolio of different products and services, across different industries and regions.
- Perform initial prospecting, qualifying of leads and delivery to sales team.
- Qualify inquiries from various sources.
- Making outbound calls and hunting within multi-industries.
- Schedule Initial Meetings for Sales Executive and manage the lead handoff.
- Enter applicable data into CRM (Customer Relationship Management) database.
- Follow up on requests for information.
- Assist with pre-event confirmations and post-event follow up.
- Establish basic lead grading for each prospect.
- Communicate product features/benefits clearly, consistently and with integrity.
- Track, analyze and report against opportunities funnel.
- Provide accurate forecasting utilizing the CRM tool.
- Maintain current detailed client information in CRM to support marketing and customer reporting.
- Understand primary ISV products, sales, engagement processes and partner relationships.
- Leverage publisher’s promotions and campaigns.
- Leverage and maximize marketing campaigns to increase the pipeline as well as close opportunities.
Education &Â Experience
- Four-year college degree or equivalent work experience. Advanced degree(s) is a plus.
- Prior experience selling ERP or CRM software required – SAP B1, Acumatica, Sage ERP, or Microsoft preferred. Other ERPs/CRMs that are acceptable Oracle NetSuite, or Epicor.
- Minimum 3-5 years related experience in lead qualification, sales, or customer service.
- Complex Lead Gen with a medium/large portfolio of products and services.
- Inside sales or lead development experience for cloud-based solutions preferred.
- Ability and willingness to make cold calls.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Competent in all Microsoft Office applications.
- Experience with CRM/database tools.
- Ability to work with limited supervision.
- Strong sense of urgency and responsibility.
- Excellent time management skills, including the ability to multitask and prioritize limited time and resources to maximize the return on investment.

- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
