Your impact 

We are seeking a talented, experienced, and empathetic GenAI Lead Instructor to lead specialized sessions at the end of each of our current training programs. We expect the candidate to lead multiple sessions in mid-November for graduates of our fall programs, and we anticipate additional opportunities beyond this initial timeframe as well. These will be one-hour sessions focused on a general overview of GenAI, and the content has already been developed internally by Correlation One. 

Session times will vary and our team will work with you to coordinate and ensure we arrive on a time that works for your schedule. You will be responsible for leading these specialized sessions, answering questions from learners, and serving as the subject matter expert regarding GenAI.

Your expertise 

• 5 years of experience working directly with GenAI OR a combination of 2 years of industry experience working with GenAI and at least 3 years of industry experience working with related AI technologies (e.g. NLP, machine learning)
• Previous teaching experience in a virtual setting
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• An excellent educator with a passion for teaching and helping others
• Degree in a technical field and / or industry experience in a technical role; post-graduate and research work at top institutions are also strong pluses

Compensation

• The estimated compensation for this role is $300/session
