Accountabilities

  • Own landing page design and conversion across paid and organic acquisition, testing and improving conversion weekly.
  • Enhance core website experiences beyond landing pages, focusing on homepage, product pages, and navigation.
  • Design and create paid ad creative for platforms like Meta, Google, and LinkedIn.
  • Develop lifecycle and campaign assets to drive activation while maintaining brand consistency.
  • Track performance metrics to measure effectiveness and drive iterative improvements.
  • Collaborate with Growth, Product, Product Marketing, and Content teams as a creative partner.
  • Raise the creative bar and contribute to the creative direction of marketing outputs.
  • Requirements

  • 5-8 years of experience in marketing design, preferably in a SaaS or PLG environment.
  • Proven portfolio demonstrating conversion-focused design work, including landing pages and ad creatives.
  • Strong understanding of data-driven design principles and marketing performance metrics.
  • Fast-paced work ethic with a bias for action and the ability to execute designs rapidly.
  • Ability to create and evolve brand guidelines and visual systems.
  • Experience using AI-assisted creative tools to improve workflow efficiency.
