The Lead Marketing Specialist oversees the direct marketing and email campaign strategies and execution. Implement marketing initiatives, manage new product integrations, and orchestrate projects, with agency account executives, for Agency clients and direct clients, simultaneously. Seek out opportunities to increase efficiency and maximize productivity. Maintain and improve strategic vendor partnerships. Implementing various digital and traditional marketing initiatives and managing new product integrations.

Position Responsibilities:

• Oversee the execution and completion of all job requests submitted to either Email Resultz or Wholesale Mail.
• Consult with clients and Account Executives on all aspects of jobs/projects presented including creative, data strategy, campaign strategy, and proper sales attribution.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and suggest inclusion of these strategies with current efforts where beneficial.
• Stay current with USPS postal rates and guidelines and update Direct Mail resources accordingly to ensure all jobs are accurately and adequately quoted.
• Implement and maintain accurate vendor pricing across all pricing tools utilized by the department.
• Intake, process, and analyze all data submitted to be used in applicable campaigns.
• Maintains and nourishes vendor relationships including constant review of all current process to identify and resolve any potential process improvements.
• Communicate with the client when necessary to ensure that client needs are being met.
• Oversee team performance for all levels of service are being met and campaigns are being executed as expected.
• Leverage knowledge of the automotive industry and insight into unique client demographics, to plan upcoming projects with the client, identifying opportunities to up- or cross-sell additional services of this and other agency departments.
• Assist Business Development Manager with client collateral when necessary.
• Developing and implementation of a marketing strategy for numerous projects/products.
• Working closely with product teams to define marketing materials and programs.
• Working closely with creative department managers to execute marketing assets.
• Regularly evaluate internal processes and revise when necessary to increase productivity and efficiency.
• Create, document, and implement training curriculum that reflects current processes.
