In this role, you will focus on acquiring and growing strategic national accounts while managing complex, high-value client relationships. Your contributions will significantly impact revenue growth through consultative selling techniques. This position demands a hunter mentality to drive results and enhance the organization's footprint in hearing healthcare solutions across multiple regions. You will operate in a fully remote environment, requiring flexibility and a proactive approach to client engagement. A significant amount of travel will be involved as you build and maintain these crucial relationships.

Accountabilities

  • Drive sales growth within assigned national accounts and strategic enterprise clients.
  • Develop and execute account acquisition strategies targeting large employers and insurance carriers.
  • Identify client needs and provide tailored consultative solutions.
  • Build and maintain relationships with senior decision-makers.
  • Collaborate with operations, marketing, and legal teams for effective service delivery.
  • Lead contract negotiations, renewals, and compliance efforts.
  • Develop annual sales plans and forecasts for national accounts.
  • Provide market intelligence on industry trends to inform strategies.
  • Represent the organization at national industry events to generate new business leads.
  • Maintain accurate CRM data and report metrics to leadership.
  • Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
  • 7-10+ years of proven success in field-based sales.
  • Experience managing national or strategic accounts preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to close complex deals.
  • 5+ years in workers’ compensation or related industries preferred.
  • Excellent consultative selling and communication skills.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and time management abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
  • Willingness to travel extensively.
