The Deputy Partnerships is seeking a motivated Lead Partner Manager to collaboratively build and grow a unique partnership plan with a clear strategy.Â
Our new Deputy will own and triage partner support queries and ensure we are fostering world class relationships with our most strategic partners globally to drive revenue from this channel. You will collaborate cross functionally with Deputy stakeholders across customer support, marketing and product leadership to build and execute creative partnership initiatives. What we are working towards on the Deputy BD / Partnerships team will be game changing for the industry. Responsibilities
- Work with our newest and most strategic product partner, Xero, to:
- Craft a GTM strategy for our joint-embedded solution alongside our Marketing team
- Work alongside our Product leadership to craft the optimal solution to maximise attach rates
- Manage executive stakeholders at Deputy and Xero on an ongoing basis
- Advocate and influence stakeholders to make data driven decision that drive revenueÂ
- Triage issues that arise cross-functionally in a clear and efficient mannerÂ
- Think creatively of new ways to partner, tell a better 1+1>2 story, and influence partners to prioritise Deputy.
- Build and socialise business cases that clearly articulate the potential impact of partnership initiatives
- Participate in sales trainings, webinars, lunch n learns, conferences with partners
- Influence the Partner Marketing roadmap to create high value content for our partnership ecosystem.
- Track pipeline metrics and maintain dashboards that communicate the effectiveness of channel distribution with our partners.
- Advocate for the Deputy partner program across the ecosystem
- Respond to new partner integration requests, triage queries and redirect them into to Deputy and provide Advocate & ISV program support
- Actively work to elevate our ecosystem brand across all partner channels / assets
Qualifications and Requirements
- Partnerships experience within a SaaS organisation will be highly regarded
- Proven project management experience with the ability to influence cross-functionally
- Experience working within ISV (integration) partnerships
- Strong interpersonal skills, with a natural ability to build relationships at all levelsÂ
- Ability to manage through ambiguity in an evolving, fast paced environment
- Experience with embedded product partnerships
- Experience negotiating complex partnerships with executive stakeholders
- High growth company experience, comfortable working in environments of ambiguity and are energised by building processes that scale (sometimes from scratch
