- Builds and fosters trusting partnerships with dedicated internal clients, acting as a single point of contact, coach, partner, and confidant to managers, leaders, and ClickUp employees
- Manages cross-functional projects to evolve processes, people initiatives, and continue to develop great talent
- Gives honest feedback to the internal clients and implements findings to improve People procedures and services
- Shares business objectives with internal clients and incorporates People goals into our day-to-day
- Advocates for and serves as a trusted resource for all ClickUp employees
- Further develops and partners with other parts of the org on people programs, people operations, recruiting, training and development, education, and diversity and inclusion programs that continually elevate our caliber of talent
- Analyze people data and trends to inform on strategic decisions
- Significant experience as an People/HR Business Partner, preferably in fast-growing tech companies or SaaS startup
- Experience partnering and influencing senior leaders to help drive their people strategy and increase business objectives
- Strong analytical and project management skills, with a proven ability to design clear processes
- Takes a detail-oriented, flexible, and collaborative approach to solving problems
- Proven ability to partner and influence across diverse groups and experience levels
- Passion for people and exceptional communication skills
