As our Product Designer, you are taking on one of the most important jobs in the company: shaping and defining a unique user experience. Lumos is not a security or identity company that puts UI/UX as a second-order goal; it is truly core to our business value and differentiates us from old and user-unfriendly tools in the space. You will have to learn how to think like our users and represent their point of view when we prioritize our roadmap. That's why you will work hand-in-hand with the CEO, create a seamless Lumos user experience for customers and shape the design organization.

• Design Principles: Establish and drive a design philosophy to underpin how our digital experience unleashes the full potential for any user.
• Design Execution: Drive the product design process end to end. Turn user insights through assertive intuition into high-fidelity designs that our users will love and our engineers will be able to seamlessly execute.
• New Business: Understand the core business drivers of the owned module to identify new, intentionally riskier areas of opportunity. Incubate, and validate these ideas to provide even more value to the module’s users.
• Team Mentorship. Be a mentor and enable the team to do their best work to align the efforts of the team with the mission and vision of Lumos.
