This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Senior Product Designer - REMOTE. In this role, you will play a critical part in shaping the core experience of a leading collectibles platform. Your work will directly influence user engagement and retention as you create intuitive and visually compelling design solutions. You will have the autonomy to drive key projects from discovery through execution, ensuring that user needs are met at every stage. Collaborating closely with engineering and product teams will be essential as you turn innovative ideas into reality. Accountabilities

  • Own the end-to-end design of key product areas, including onboarding, loot box experiences, inventory systems, payments, and retention features
  • Translate product opportunities into user flows, prototypes, and high-quality designs
  • Partner closely with Engineering to solve problems in real time and ship quickly
  • Conduct user interviews, testing, and research to inform product decisions
  • Engage directly with users and the community to gather feedback and iterate on features
  • Design and run experiments to improve conversion, engagement, and retention
  • Analyze user behavior and cohort data to drive design decisions
  • Evolve and extend the design system to ensure consistency and scalability
  • Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in product design (UI/UX), ideally within high-growth consumer platforms
  • Proven experience designing and shipping user-facing features end-to-end
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating both visual design excellence and problem-solving depth
  • Experience working closely with Product and Engineering in fast-paced, iterative environments
  • Comfortable operating with high ownership in ambiguous environments
  • Proficiency in Figma (components, prototyping, and design systems)
  • Strong visual and interaction design across complex product flows
  • Solid understanding of information architecture and usability principles
  • Ability to prototype quickly and iterate on ideas in real time
  • Experience conducting user interviews and usability testing
  • Ability to work with user cohorts, behavioral data, and feedback loops to inform design decisions
