Lead Product Manager - Cloud and Data Products

As a leader of products for SeatGeek’s Data and Cloud products team, you will be responsible for building the cloud infrastructure, developer tooling, API capabilities, and data systems required to scale SeatGeek to 100s of millions of fans!

What you’ll do
- Develop the strategy for the cloud and data platforms and create and shepherd an impactful roadmap, prioritizing based on market needs and internal feedbackÂ
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive alignment across the organization around platform strategy and roadmap. You will make high-quality, high-value decisions in the face of ambiguity
- Partner closely with engineers and engineering leadership to help build internal, developer-facing platform systems that power velocity for SeatGeek’s engineering teams.
- Imagine innovative self-service capabilities for the various stages of a software development life cycle - build, test, deploy, observe, and work with our customers (internal developers) to pressure test and refine these experiences.
- Drive product innovation by staying up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technology advancements.
What you have
- 10+ years of experience leading cross-functional teams to deliver best-in-class platform solutions for efficient development and operations.
- Thoroughly experienced with Cloud platforms - AWS preferred, GCP, Azure, or private clouds like OpenStack also work.
- Data-driven with a proven track record of identifying product experience success measures while working with analytics teams/tools to track KPIs
- Background in application runtimes such as Kubernetes, Nomad etc. and developer-facing platforms such as Heroku, GCP etc.
- Understand large data systems and the opportunities at the intersection of data and cloud.Â
- Understand how to deliver platform capabilities and experiences that will be shared across multiple personas and customer archetypes.
- Experience establishing roadmaps and optimizing the ROI by making smart trade-off decisions.
- Experience influencing stakeholders in Product Management, Design, Engineering, and Marketing.
- Has a 'can do' attitude with an entrepreneurial mindset and is comfortable working in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment, with a strong bias for action.

The salary range for this role is $130,000-$220,000. Actual compensation packages within that range are based on a wide array of factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, years and depth of experience, certifications, and specific location.
