This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Product Solutions Lead - REMOTE. In this role, you will serve as a strategic bridge between our clients and product development teams. By translating complex employer benefits needs into actionable insights, you will play a vital role in shaping our product roadmap. Your collaboration with Executive Leadership and Engineering will ensure that our solutions align with market demands and company vision. Your impact will directly influence the success of our healthcare navigation services, ensuring organizations receive optimal support and strategic improvements.

Accountabilities

  • Act as the 'voice of the employer' within the product organization, synthesizing market needs into structured recommendations.
  • Collaborate with Engineering and Executive leaders to prioritize new features based on market evidence.
  • Support Employer Go-To-Market teams as a subject matter expert in technical discussions.
  • Develop business cases for new product pivots, assessing market opportunities and revenue impacts.
  • Facilitate cross-functional communication between Sales, Actuarial/Legal, and Engineering teams.
  • Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in Health Benefits/Insurance, with expertise in Alternative Funding.
  • Deep knowledge of employer benefits landscape including ERISA and self-funding.
  • Ability to transform anecdotal feedback into structured problem statements.
  • Proven solution-oriented thinker, capable of generating new product ideas.
  • Strong diplomacy and influence skills to advocate for product decisions.
  • Proficiency in building ROI models and business cases.
  • Experience in roles that bridge sales and product operations.
  • Ability to present convincingly to C-suite stakeholders.
  • Excellent active listening skills to diagnose market issues.
