About the Role:

The Lead Project Manager, Motive Card is a seasoned SaaS onboarding project management and delivery professional, with deep experience in Enterprise customer spend management techniques and customer value realization. As an integral member of the Motive Card cross-functional team, you will serve as a player-coach to other Enterprise Card onboarding project managers, providing day-to-day oversight of the inclusive Enterprise Customer Motive Card onboarding project portfolio. This role carries a billable utilization target while owning the successful achievement of all established Enterprise Card Practice OKRs (cards activations) and ensuring delivery execution excellence.  

What You'll Do:
  • Own Enterprise Card Onboarding Practice quality of execution including all OKR achievement, and successful completion of Motive Card Customer Implementation projects for Enterprise clients throughout their lifecycle 
  • Carry a reduced billable utilization target (25%) delivering an assigned book of Motive Card customer onboarding projects
  • Dotted-line management responsibility over other Enterprise Card onboarding project managers providing day-to-day project-level oversight  
  • Work closely with Enterprise Card Sales teams following established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure smooth transition from sales-to-onboarding occurs
  • Ensure all customer onboarding value metrics (e.g. card activations and usage) are realized within established deployment timelines
  • Attend and actively participate in weekly, monthly, and quarterly Motive Card pipeline, activation, and spend readout sessions
  • Assist with customer escalations and takes ownership of in-flight product and process related obstacles that occur, providing objection handling and action plans for quick resolution  
  • Work closely with Motive Card Product teams, Motive Card Sales, and the customer to ensure product customer-initiated product enhancement requests are captured and socialized to key Motive stakeholders  
  • Assist Motive Professional Services and Motive Product with Card Customer Integration strategy and project-level Integration deployment planning and execution 
  • Work closely with Motive Risk team to support Know Your Customer (KYC) and Know Your Business (KYB) processes as needed 
  • Work with Motive Card fulfillment partner(s) as needed to ensure efficient and timely distribution of Motive Cards to the customer 
  • Assist Motive Card sales with securing customer and prospect legacy card transaction data and files 
  • Assist in delivering Motive Card customer dashboard training and ongoing customer enablement sessions 
  • Own Enterprise Card resource management: staffing, capacity planning, and utilization reporting for all Enterprise Card Project Managers    
  • Follow Continuous improvement best-practices in terms of project documentation quality, and archiving project-level artifacts in a common Card Knowledge-base 
  • Ensure all Enterprise Card projects and resource time tracking are managed meticulously for accuracy in Motive’s PSA tool
  • Provide detailed, timely and accurate project-level metrics for all in-flight Enterprise Card Onboarding projects (% complete, project health, project status)    
  • Work closely Motive Customer Education Team (instructional designers) as a Card SME helping to create and refresh Card customer eLearning training materials   
What We're Looking For:
  • 4+ years of Enterprise Customer Implementation & Onboarding Project Management experience
  • 3+ years of direct industry experience within Enterprise Spend Management, Fleet Card, or Merchant Services
  • In-depth knowledge of Fleet and/or Credit Card underwriting, KYB, KCY processes strongly preferred
  • PMP and/or Scrum Master certifications strongly preferred
  • Fleet Management, Telematics, Safety, and Compliance experience with an IoT Vendor a plus 
  • Exceptional Communication (both verbally and written), presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Ability to travel to customer sites required (approx. 20%)
  • Must reside in the in Continental US or Canada

Pay Transparency
Your compensation may be based on several factors, including education, work experience, and certifications. For certain roles, total compensation may include restricted stock units. The compensation range for this position will depend on where you reside. For this role, the compensation range is:

United States
$120,000—$150,000 USD
