What's exciting about the role
As a Lead Recruiter within our Global Talent Acquisition team, you will play a key role in shaping Verifone’s talent strategy for senior-level positions across the Americas. This is an exciting opportunity to act as a trusted talent advisor, providing strategic guidance to leadership while also driving critical Talent Acquisition (TA) projects. You will have the chance to work on impactful recruiting initiatives, manage a diverse pipeline of candidates, and contribute to our fast-paced, innovative environment where collaboration and continuous improvement are encouraged. This role offers the opportunity to directly influence Verifone’s growth and success by building teams that fuel our global ambitions.
Skills and Experience we desire
As part of our Global Talent Acquisition team, you will be responsible for:
- Full Lifecycle Recruiting: Develop and execute tailored recruiting programs for hiring managers and leaders, including talent planning, reviewing, and documenting hiring requirements for approved roles.
- Strategic Sourcing: Identify and engage with diverse talent pools through various channels, including job postings, social media, and industry networking, to build a strong pipeline of qualified candidates.
- Talent Strategy & Advisory: Act as a talent advisor for all senior-level roles across the Americas, providing strategic advisement to hiring managers and leadership teams on Talent Acquisition (TA) strategy, workforce planning, and talent market insights.
- TA Project Management: Lead TA projects aimed at enhancing process efficiency, transparency, and collaboration. Partner with cross-functional teams to improve TA operations and implement new tools, systems, and initiatives.
- Agency & Vendor Management: Collaborate with external agencies, contractors, and job board representatives, providing feedback and managing performance as needed.
