Your day to day is…

  • Full ownership of the end-to-end recruitment process within our Sales and GTM orgs from initial sourcing to closing candidates ensuring a seamless and positive experience for both candidates and hiring teams for a full range of roles from Associate to Director 
  • Monitoring the health of your pipelines using data to provide relevant updates to partners on all roles identify areas for improvement and collaborate with others on solving recruiting challenges 
  • Partnering closely with stakeholders from across the business and proactively keeping everyone in the loop of current role status; fielding questions about process market conditions roadblocks progress etc.  
  • Fostering a culture of excellence collaboration and belonging

You’ll be successful in the role if you have…

  • 6+ years of experience owning end-to-end recruiting processes at all levels with a strong focus on executive relationship building
  • A deep understanding of the recruiting industry; you’re up to date on the latest market trends recruiting tools and best practices
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a proven track record of building trust and credibility with both candidates and stakeholders at all levels
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills! You believe that multiple mediums of communication are the key to success
  • A metrics-driven mindset; you leverage data to understand the health of your pipelines and identify ways to improve hiring efficiencies
  • Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and other HR technologies to support data-driven decision-making and process optimization. A few tools that we use: Greenhouse LinkedIn Recruiter Workday

Zocdoc is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. Salary ranges are determined through alignment with market data. Base salary offered is determined by a number of factors including the candidate’s experience qualifications and skills. Certain positions are also eligible for variable pay and/or equity; your recruiter will discuss the full compensation package details.
