Role o verview
The Lead Sales Recruiter, reporting to the Sr. Director Talent Experience, will join in helping build and enhance our sales organization. Acting as an extension of the sales function, you will partner with executive sales leadership and have the ability to directly impact the success of the organization. Your passion to change healthcare, find the best sales talent and have tangible impact will shine through in your conversations with top candidates when recruiting them for an amazing opportunity with a company changing healthcare. A day in the life...
In this role, you will establish yourself as an experienced subject matter expert, partnering and collaborating with the business and the team to hire exceptional talent, all the while enhancing our mission and Accolade values.
  • Drive sales recruitment initiatives, in support of multiple stakeholders across core and emerging lines-of-business
  • Hire the best sales talent possible; always hunting and building on the growth of Accolade
  • Advise senior sales leaders, and collaborate with HR, Compensation, and Talent Acquisition team members to create consensus-based hiring outcomes
  • Devise sales recruiting processes, best-practices and playbooks
  • Generate an extensive network of high-value sales talent within target industries and vertical markets
  • Develop data-supported appraisals of competitive landscape and use them to create immediate and long-term sales talent pipelines Create connected candidate experiences as a trusted advisor to high-value sales talent
  • Build trusted partnerships with sales leadership teams and serve as a partner before, during, and after the recruiting process
  • Partner with other departments (Finance, Sales Operations, Legal, etc) to drive the recruiting process through on-boarding
  • Provide a world-class experience for candidates and hiring managers
  • Anticipate hiring needs by continuously nurturing relationships with top prospects and building pipelines of high-caliber candidates
  • Keeps current on tools and best practices related to recruiting, sourcing and ways to raise the bar on our process and efficiency
  • Use qualitative and quantitative information to drive continuous process and strategy improvements
  • Monitor the effectiveness of all recruiting efforts, with specific attention paid to the continued flow of candidates through the recruiting pipeline resulting in a high offer acceptance
  • Champion building inclusive and diverse teams

What we are looking for...
  • 8+ years in full lifecycle Talent Acquisition to include sourcing, screening, negotiations, closing, and candidate relationship management
  • 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a Sales or agency environment is preferred
  • Knowledge of healthcare or related industry preferred.
  • Passionate about talent acquisition with a proven record of success in Sales placements
  • Ability to make personal connections and understand what motivates candidates and hiring managers
  • Problem solving and think critically skills are a must
  • Experience working with diverse organizations
  • Strong work ethic, accountability and integrity
  • Experience developing target lists and market mapping
  • Experience managing and prioritizing multiple searches, projects and client relationships while succeeding in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment
  • Demonstrated mastery of navigating various sales leaders and other senior stakeholders, providing detail update on progress, movement and accomplishments.
