Accountabilities

  • Implement company-supported sales concepts in alignment with industry, company, and compliance standards.
  • Drive substantial target premium sales through third-party producers.
  • Offer point-of-sale and post-sale support, nurturing producer and client relationships.
  • Cultivate and enhance relationships with independent retail producers and institutional account offices.
  • Engage in continuous training and practice enhancement programs.
  • Provide expert assistance in case design and sales presentations to producers.
  • Collaborate with business and marketing teams on recommended strategies.
  • Leverage CRM technology for reporting and documentation.
  • Develop customer profile strategies to maximize sales opportunities.

  • Requirements

  • Over 3 years of experience in life insurance sales or wholesaling, emphasizing client-facing interactions.
  • Self-starter with a proven track record in pursuing sales opportunities and building client relationships.
  • Confidence and tenacity to strengthen client relationships effectively.
  • Knowledge of new business and underwriting processes with re-analysis capability.
  • Intermediate to advanced understanding of insurance products and planning techniques.
  • Ability to present concepts effectively to groups of varying sizes.
  • Possession of relevant industry designations like CLU, ChFC, or CFP, with appropriate licenses.
