Job Description

The Opportunity: 

Seamless is looking for a Lead Salesforce Administrator will play a lead role in managing Seamless's Salesforce system configurations, integrations, data integrity and day to day end user support and reporting for multiple business functions including Sales, Operations, Marketing, Finance, and Senior Leadership. This support includes from intake of requirements through development and delivery of requests. The Salesforce Admin will maintain user roles and profiles, security settings, access settings all while assisting users with best practices and maintaining the overall strategy of Salesforce within our organization. Responsibilities: 
  • Triaging, resolving, delegating and escalating user support tickets
  • All aspects of user and license management including new user setup/deactivation, roles, profiles, permissions, public groups, OWD, sharing rules
  • Salesforce configuration changes, including (but not limited to): Workflow, Process Builder, Flow, assignment rules, approval processes, fields, page layouts, record types, dynamic layouts, apps, actions, custom settings, mobile administration, dashboards and reports

  • Strong Salesforce product knowledge and at least 2 years of Salesforce Administration hands-on experience with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud
  • Superbadges Preferred
  • 2+ Salesforce Certifications out of the following: Admin, Advanced Admin, App Builder, Sales Cloud Consultant
Nice to Have:
  • Tableau understanding and basic experience is a plus
  • Go to market and territory build out experience
  • Commission optimization/ improvement
  • Sales performance/ metric data review analysis
  • Subscription Management System implementation experience
