NIKE, Inc., Beaverton, OR . Review, analyze, and modify programming systems, including coding, testing, debugging, and installing for a small- to mid-scale systems. Provide integration solutions as part of the development and deployment of enterprise system solutions for the Nike business. Develop Digital Product(s) that meets the consumer needs as defined by product managers and aligns with architectural standards. Partner with Process Solutions teams to understand requirements, assist in providing scope and cost estimates, and help drive engineering activities through deployment. Prepare and review test plans, and conduct unit and integration testing. Make sure all solutions adhere to existing guidelines and principles and assist in evolving Nike processes in an effort to continuously improve. Provide leadership to the squad/work team, delivering a vision for work requirements for the quarter. Design the scope of sprints within the quarter and within the scope of a work assignment. Collaborate with the product owner and assist with managing stakeholder expectations and ensuring prompt and complete customer service. Commit to deliverables with customers and management. Lead small teams or projects along with coordination of offshore/onshore teams or other functions. Perform work in support of brand plans and demonstrate link between daily work and company mission. Participate in initiatives, programs or products with moderate visibility.

Applicant must have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Electronics Engineering and five (5) years of progressive post-baccalaureate experience in the job offered or related occupation. Experience must include the following:
