Position Title: Lead Software Integration Developer

Schedule: 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday

Location: 6770 Edmond Street, Las Vegas, NV 89118

Duties: Lead the design, modify, develop, write and implement software applications. Working and understanding of evolving industry trends, practices and standards. Lead the initiative to plan and execute work, meeting deadlines and achieving expectations in alignment with project business requirements. Well-developed skills in building and maintaining workday integrations and reports using Workday Studio Integration development tool. Ensure effective internal controls by monitoring data integration solutions performance and actively resolve complex code defects discovery in testing. Participate in the testing process throughout the development cycle and provide feedback and recommendations on process improvement opportunities. Identify and lead execution of process improvement opportunities by exhibiting work consistent with the software development lifecycle. Create technical design documentation in adherence to business, source system, target systems, and solution architecture requirements. Support QA in the testing process providing feedback and actively participating in the iterative process to drive efficiency in delivery. Lead and mentor more junior developers. Work from home benefit available within a reasonable commuting distance from Las Vegas, Nevada Office.

Requirements: At least a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, or a closely related field of study and two (2) years of experience as a Workday HCM Application Developer, Software Integration Developer, Workday Consultant, Business Analyst, HR Management Systems Analyst, or a closely related occupation. Employer will also accept four (4) years of experience in lieu of a bachelor's degree and two (2) years of experience. Also requires of experience in the following:

• One year of experience in design and development of Workday custom integrations and reports;
• One year of experience in design and development of Workday Studio, EIB and Core Connector;
• Two years of experience in HR Systems supporting Payroll, Benefits, Recruiting and Talent;
• One and a half years of experience in Workday Human Capital Management Modules;
• One year of experience in Integration Platforms, REST and SOAP based endpoints; and
• One and a half years of experience in Reporting related to Workday ecosystem;
• One and a half years of experience in databases and SQL; and
• One and a half years of experience in Workday HCM implementations.
