Lead Technician, Carpenter, Remodeler

We do a lot of carpentry especially door and window work, drywall, wood rot repair, deck repair/painting/staining, tile, flooring, etc. Every job is different, every day is different. We're looking for experienced, motivated and organized home improvement professionals that can work directly with customers to successfully complete current projects and open doors to future projects. We service the areas around Blue Bell, Ambler, Fort Washington, Montgomeryville, Warrington, Chalfont and Doylestown. Specific Responsibilities: • Deliver a consistent & remarkably better customer experience when working in his or her home • Complete small to medium sized repairs, remodeling, and home improvement projects • Communicate with customers about scope of work and cost estimates • Collect payment and/or payment information from customers for work performed • Leave customers thrilled with your work and open doors to future work Job Requirements: • Skilled tradesman with 10 years of experience in home maintenance/repair and remodeling • Strong carpentry background • Must have own tools fit for many job types • Proficiency to navigate tablet based technology • Team player who can work independently Benefits:Company provided work van, fuel, uniforms, paid holidays and vacations, bonus opportunities available We are actively interviewing for this position - Apply today and our hiring manager will follow-up!
