Powder Coating Technician, 1st Shift $24-28/hour

Our client is a top notch powder coating shop. Their clients are primarily equipment manufacturers, metal fabricators, CNC metal manufacturers and signage companies. Job title: Powder Coating Technician DIRECT HIRE Monday - Friday: 7am-3:30pm (OT available): $24-$28/hour Responsibilities: • Must be familiar with powder coating application and associated equipment for a non- automated line. • Paints parts based on industry based practice for powder coating operation. - Using spray gun sprays surfaces of manufactured products/parts • Working knowledge of how to protect metal substrates against erosion and corrosion • Maintain document, data, and records control • Must be detailed oriented, ability to read shop drawings Is a plus. • Good written & oral communication skills. • Cleaning of all parts both manual and automated. • Masking of specified areas, holes, threads etc. • Understanding of bake cycles as they relate to various powders. • Trouble shooting quality issues • Inventory usage of powder How to Apply for Express Pro's Opening: • Apply here, on Indeed to join Express Employment • Give our office a call: 610-489-4191 • Stop by our office!
