This role is pivotal in shaping the sales strategy for North America, driving customer acquisition and revenue growth. Accountabilities

  • Define and implement sales strategies across North America region and verticals.
  • Manage the sales cycle from the conversion of meetings into opportunities to securing a long-term deal.
  • Recruit and retain a successful and driven sales team.
  • Report on weekly and monthly sales forecasts, driving forecast accuracy and pipeline tracking.
  • Provide ongoing support and training to your team.
  • Maintain high level of industry knowledge, best practices and developments within target markets.
  • Build and maintain collaborative relationships with internal teams to achieve company goals.
  • Requirements

  • 5+ years' experience in a sales leadership position with full sales cycle coverage.
  • Excellent sales track record, ideally within financial software solutions (SaaS).
  • Consistent track record of new business enterprise sales achievement.
  • Passion for entrepreneurship and customer value driven.
  • Experience in executing defined and repeatable sales strategies.
  • Ability to engage with CxO level with proven results.
  • Self-starter with a passion for driving growth.
  • Ability to build a strong sales team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Master’s Degree preferred.
